Reach Immigration has obtained rights to offer a project by Intercontinental in Portugal. The project, named Estoril Intercontinental, is a lush resort on the blue shores of Portugal by one of the world’s most prominent luxury hotel brands.
Investors who wish to obtain a golden visa for themselves and their families can invest in this project by purchasing one of the 20 available units within the hotel, which offers them yearly returns through a rental guarantee by Intercontinental.
The units are priced between 500 – 800 thousand euros, with the return on investment set at 4% of the amount.
Investors have the option to sell the unit back to Intercontinental or keep it for themselves.
