India and Saint Lucia signed a landmark exemption agreement on April 16, 2024, for diplomatic and official passport holders and public servants who were awarded ITEC scholarships to study in India.
As for ordinary passport holders from Saint Lucia traveling to India, they are required to apply for Electronic Visas (E-visas), which are typically processed within 72 hours.
